Mike McDonald, a native Arizonan, is a licensed CPA in the state of Arizona and holds an MBA from Arizona State University. Mike started his career in public accounting, then moved on to help various start-ups become profitable, publicly traded companies. Mike and his wife, Lara, have also owned their own small business in the Phoenix, AZ area for the past 10 years.

The experience leading multiple accounting & finance organizations at public corporations of varying sizes and operating a small business himself, has made Mike an expert in financial modeling and strategy for businesses of all sizes. Mike enjoys helping small business owners develop and execute financial strategies that allow their business, and thereby their employees and families, to grow and flourish.

Mike and his wife live in Tempe, AZ, with their two children, Georgia and Roscoe. They enjoy following ASU Football and the Dallas Cowboys and making their annual summer trip to their cabin in Angel Fire, NM.
